Crown operates in a 250,000 square-foot cGMP-compliant facility in Johnson City, Tenn. Here, our dedicated employees manufacture, package and laboratory-test cosmetic, over-the-counter and prescription semi-solids, liquids and gels. We provide customers with manufacturing options that range from development and scale up to full commercialization. Our plant is capable of producing small batch manufacturing (300 kg) or higher volume batches (5600 kg) for a wide range of liquid, cream and ointment dosage forms.
Crown is also your outsourcing partner for all your packaging needs. Our Johnson City facility boasts multiple packaging lines capable of filling foil pouches, sachets, tubes, bottles and jars. We are also equipped to handle all secondary packaging needs, including shipper cases, bar-coded shipping labels and serialization-compliant prescription requirements.
